Gifts

The Lutheran Homes of South Carolina Foundation receives and administers all gifts to Franke at Seaside, the Heritage at Lowman, Rice Estate, RoseCrest, Trinity on Laurens, Lutheran Hospice and BeWell Home Services. Each gift is directed to the ministry named as the recipient by the donor and used for the designated purpose. All gifts are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Cash Gifts

Gifts to support the various ministries of Lutheran Homes of South Carolina, Inc. are administered by the Lutheran Homes of South Carolina Foundation, Inc. and used for the purpose designated by the donor. Checks should be made payable to the Lutheran Homes of South Carolina Foundation or the ministry at which the gift is to be used. Click here for a printable gift form. Donors who contribute $250 or more in a calendar year are recognized as members of the Innkeeper Society.

Credit Card Gifts

The Lutheran Homes of South Carolina Foundation, Inc. has arranged for secure credit card donations to be made to any of the ministries of Lutheran Homes of South Carolina through a secure donation form on our site. Gifts of Stock and Other Assets

Stock, real property and other assets may also be gifted. Gifts of assets that have increased in value since the donor has owned them can result in extra tax savings. Planned Gifts

A planned gift is a contribution established during a donor’s lifetime, but may not be received until the donor’s death. This type of gift, which may be made through a will, bequest, life insurance policy, trust or annuity, enables the donor to leave a legacy of care for the older adults and hospice patients served by the various ministries of Lutheran Homes of South Carolina.
